OUR MISSION
My whole goal in starting Murderous Craze is to make lightweight jewelry that's nickel free, and gauge- compatible for ghouls and goblins that can't wear larger pieces without getting headaches or hurting their ears. I want to be able to expand out to more individuals that have never been able to wear jewelry until now, with it being either too heavy, having sensitive ears, or to having stretched ears and not having anything stay in. You'll never have to worry about not finding something for everyone here! I can put any metal findings, on any of my current designs or make you your own custom pair to your liking to ensure you that you to can wear jewelry and express yourself the way you want!
DELIVERY
I have a standard 3-5 day shipping option available for all orders getting shipped. I ship within the United States for the time being, soon will be expanding out.
If you are in Greeley, I do offer a local delivery option for a small fee, to not have to worry about the whole shipping process.
RETURN POLICY
I will always do my best to make sure all products are secured and packaged well, on my end. But lots can happen between the post office and the package destination! With that being said, If a product arrives damaged in anyway I do offer a partical refund, and exchanges can be dicussed on a case by case basis.
However, I do not allow returns, exchanges, or cancellations. No Exceptions. Due to sanitary reasons, and being a small buisness. I hope everyone understands!
FAQ
Are you earrings/ jewelry nickel free?
Guess what? Yes, they are! All pieces are made to be hypoallergenic friendly, and nickel free!
Are your earrings heavy?
No, not at all! They are all very light weight, they are made with polymer clay (oven bake clay), which is a very light material for jewelry! Which is why I chose to work with it! Weights can vary from every piece, I will always make note of it in the product desciptions if any pieces may be little more in weight, or a longer/ larger pair!
My jewelry is different from the product picture?
All earrings and pieces in my boutique are made by hand, so not all pieces will be the same! Please be aware that minor imperfections can occur between pieces such as scratches, fingerprints, etc. though minimal they are to be expected. If the product you received isn't to your liking please feel free to reach out to me and we can work something out!
Care tips?
For polymer clay items- although the clay is water proof, the metal findings are not. To keep your items in the best quality, keep out of water and DIRECT SUNLIGHT UV Resin is used as a top coat, excessive exposure can cause discoloring to the resin!! Polymer clay is flexible but can still break! Try not to bend the clay and treat it like any other jewelry. For other items made from metals - keep out of water. Store in a shady place away from direct sunlight, such as jewelry boxes, or holders!
Custom orders and Made to Order!!!
These can be emailed to Murderouscrazeboutique@gmail.com please state what you would like, colors, sizing, exc. And we can work something out for you! Custom orders and Made To Orders will take about 1-2 weeks to get make. Then I'll ship it in 1-2 weeks, not that you'll receive it in 1-2 weeks! Please do not place a custom order if you're impatient and cannot WAIT! I appreciate your understanding as I am making everything handmade! I will be doing my best to get everything out in a timely manner! Orders are very important to Murderous Craze!
If you chose the color of choice option please email me your order number, order date, and custom changes (color of piece, color of lining, clear top coat or sparkled top coat)! I do require a deposit on all new custom pieces, the total will go towards your remanding balance.
Stretched ears? No problem!
I have kidney style earrings that offer the security of a hooked latch! Still very lightweight, compared to a standard fishhook earring!
